Five-star RB sets official visit to Auburn
It's been nearly a year since RB Enrique Davis set foot on the Auburn campus. After signing with the Tigers out of Mosley High in Lynn Haven, Fla. in February, the 5-foot-11, 215-pounder failed to qualify and had to go to prep school at Hargrave Military Academy.
Davis has been at the Chatham, Va.-prep school since the summer, but according to him, the end is in sight. And so is his return trip to the Plains.
Davis, rated a five-star prospect and the nation's No. 2 overall prep school prospect by Rivals.com, has set-up his official visit to the Plains. He will be returning to town for the annual Iron Bowl.
"I'll be there," said Davis. "That will be my official visit. I've already got it set up. I'm ready. I haven't been back to Auburn in a while. I can't wait to get back up there."
